jiliwins accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. jiliwins does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered player.

jiliwins offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
Bonus funds credited to your jiliwins account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.

All games available on the jiliwins Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
jiliwins uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable slot and arcade games, and verified live streams for live dealer titles. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published accurately and reflect the theoretical long-term payout of each game. jiliwins does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jiliwins reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. You may close your jiliwins account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
